October 2022
A 10 week closed group for parents of children with autism spectrum disorder in Tower Hamlets and surrounding boroughs. These dramatherapy interventions were a space for clients to reflect, recenter and relax. Creating through art, guided imagination, movement, music and breathing exercises.

A 10 week Dramatherapy intervention, with 9-12 year olds: Connecting through shared experiences, laughter, worries & hot chocolate. The themes that emerged from this project were clients strengths & worries, and highlighting this through creative exploration.

It helped lighten my load, feel less alone and created space for comfortable sharing.
Feedback
Opened my eyes for self care and I’m not alone as a mum of special kids.
I think it really helped my mental health, I left sessions feeling like a load had been lifted.
